About Banadir Water Development Company
Banadir water development company(BAWADCO) is a locally and independently owned full line supplier of underground water. It is a profit making entity involved in providing clean water for domestic uses. BAWADCO was established in Mogadishu in 2013 by a group of Water Supply Companies who joined their expertise and capacity. Bawadco is one of the fifty three (53) small companies who decided to unite the regional water resource.
Banadir water Development Company provides water distribution services to private and commercial customers. BAWADCO serves customers from all districts of banadir region specially those located in the center Mogadishu.
The company uses its best Endeavour to supply a reliable safe drinking water that meets or exceeds all relevant public health, environmental and other regulatory requirements. In addition, the company follows the required standard hygiene of water treatment and strong water pressure to ensuring high quality drinking water. Distribution systems consisting of pipes, pumps, valves, storage tanks, reservoirs, meters, fittings, and other hydraulic appurtenances carry drinking water from a centralized treatment plant or well supplies to consumers’ taps.
If there is a burst or leak that affects the supply, we will use our best efforts to repair it and restore your supply as soon as possible.
